Raven sees experiential as a means of creating social change through the use of storytelling and community building.

Raven’s work in experiential spans across advocacy, public policy and the federal government spaces. Prior to joining Soze, Raven served as a Public Engagement Specialist at the Environmental Protection Agency in the office of Administrator Micheal Regan where she oversaw key partnerships with youth and Black and Brown stakeholders. Since 2022, Raven has also served as a volunteer advance associate for the White House, spearheading event logistics, AV production, stage and crowd management for the Vice President and Second Gentleman for large scale events including: COP 28,  Essence Festival, the U.S Africa Leaders Summit and a B.E.T. Network Television Special. Raven has also assisted with crowd operations  for the Inaugurations of Governor Wes Moore, Mayor Brandon Johnson. 

When able, Raven loves to serve her community as a trained labor and postpartum doula.
