Liliana ensures we deliver and exceed expectations for our partners and clients, while building our inter-departmental ways of working to do so.

An award-winning producer, Liliana was raised by worker-union Chicanx activists in California – a background that serves as the foundation for her career today. Before Soze, Liliana worked in public relations and production for an array of nonprofits and elected officials, including Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California, San Joaquin Valley Health Fund, Black Child Legacy Campaign, the Department of Sound, and Governor Gavin Newsom.

Liliana holds an M.A. in International Affairs from the New School, where she focused her thesis on agricultural rights and immigration. At the center of her academic and professional work is the push for justice and equity for an intersectional variety of underserved communities. Outside of work, she channels her drive into running and volunteering with New York Road Runners, with a goal of participating in all World Major Marathons.
