Alicia brings a high level of enthusiasm to both her client accounts and the ownership of Soze.

Now a proud co-Owner and 2024 Chairwoman of the Board of Co-Owners. Alicia began her career at CSM, where she worked on numerous integrated accounts in the sports and entertainment world, including Netflix, Avon, and Fotografiska. With an extensive background in production, she’s passionate about overseeing the creation of stories and immersive experiences that uplift and honor Black and Brown communities.

Born and raised in Queens, Alicia earned her B.S. in Sports Management from Syracuse University. Inspired by her own parents and former classmates, she strives to provide spaces for first-generation students. Outside of work, Alicia enjoys chasing sunsets and rooting for New York sports teams in equal measure.
