Dominique believes that building a thriving workplace isn’t just about policies and processes—it’s about fostering a culture where people feel valued, heard, and empowered to do their best work.
With a background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Dominique has spent her career shaping employee experiences and designing strategies that drive both individual and organizational success. Before joining Soze, she led DEI-focused learning programs at Block, Inc. (Cash App), helped scale people operations at Samsara Networks, and managed high-profile talent initiatives at Tyler Perry Studios and the White House. Her expertise spans leadership development, organizational design, and employee engagement, all with a deep commitment to equity and inclusion.
At Soze, Dominique is focused on aligning leadership structures, refining people processes, and championing innovative recognition programs that celebrate excellence. She believes that when people feel supported and inspired, they create their most impactful work.
Outside of work, Dominique sits on the board of a nonprofit for kids’ gymnastics in Atlanta and enjoys reading, dancing, and spending time with her husband and three children.
